By participating anywhere in the Lifestyle Reboot® ecosystem, you agree to these guidelines.

We warmly and strongly encourage you to:
- Celebrate your wins—big or small—and cheer others on.
- Ask for support and offer it when you’re able.
- Practice mindful communication: listen fully, respond thoughtfully.
- Share resources, insights, and reflections that help clear the mental clutter and create space for freedom.
To keep every space safe and welcoming, the following are not permitted:
- Hate speech or harassment of any kind.
- Sharing confidential stories or private information from other members without explicit permission.
- Political debating or content designed to inflame.
- Any behavior that undermines the spirit of kindness, inspiration, growth, or fun.
If a guideline is crossed, our team will respond based on the situation’s severity.
- Every situation begins with a private conversation.
- Further action—such as temporary suspension or removal—may follow if needed to protect the integrity of the community.
We trust each member to approach these conversations with the same respect and openness we value in all interactions.
This movement thrives because we honor each other’s humanity.
